Bulk-import contacts from a CSV file — perfect when you’re switching systems, have an existing customer database in Excel, or want to add many contacts at once.
The limit counts against the total number of contacts on the account — not per file.

CSV import is available during the trial too, but with a lower limit (250 contacts total) than paid accounts (2,000). If you try to import more contacts than fit, the extra rows are simply skipped, and you’ll get a summary showing how many were imported.
Active/paid accounts only. Need to import more than 2,000 contacts? Purchase extended capacity — each purchase adds +200 contacts, permanently added to your account.
